Positive: The hotel is in a glorious position and has very good facilities. The food is excellent (breakfast alone is enough to last all day). But it is the staff that really make the hotel stand out. They are all exceptionally helpful and friendly - they are just the best!

Positive: Very nice and good location in Supetar. I enjoyed the breakfast, the restaurant, and the sauna. Super nice bed, it was extreme comfortable. The staff was all super friendly and attentive.
Negative: I wish there were more toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner. Would have been a lovely extra. Just a suggestion.
Summary: Lovely hotel. Really nice location, cleanliness, bed was incredible, and overall serene.

Positive: Hotel Osam is the best place to stay in Supetar. The staff are one of the highlights of this exceptional hotel. They are friendly, welcoming and anticipate your every need. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and done in a calming and modern decor with a nod to the rustic stone villas and the Mediterranean lifestyle of Brac’. The location is perfect. A short walk from the ferry and close to everything that Supetar has to offer, including being just steps to the nearest beach. The facilities are excellent and well thought out, designed for a quiet but modern luxury feel which is difficult to find in the area. The restaurant and bar provides exceptional service and the food and cocktails are some of the finest you’ll find in Supetar. We can highly recommend.

Positive: The staff were all wonderful - friendly, efficient & helpful. The food was so good we ate dinner at the hotel every evening which we did not intend to do. The position, right on the corner of the harbour, is great (unless you want a beach hotel which we did not). We paid a little extra and had a room with a separate seating area as we were visiting early in April and staying for a week and appreciated being able to sit and admire the view.
Negative: Absolutely nothing

Positive: The location is great. Only 5 mins from the ferry port. The restaurant looks nice. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use the pool or go to the rooftop.
Negative: Our room number 1 smelled really bad from the sewage in the bathroom. The second, we had dinner at the restaurant and my meal was a bit too salty, but in general it was good food. In the morning we woke up and our room smelled as sewage and food from the restaurant since the room is next to the kitchen. Also, the A/C was so loud in our room. What I really did not like it that in the morning we asked just to get waffles because we were in a hurry to catch the ferry at 10.30, but we hat to wait a waiter to serve us for food and coffee , so we decided to quit from breakfast. A woman who works at the reception asked us why we are were in such a hurry since the ferry leaves at 10.45, but fortunately we didn’t listen to her. The ferry left on time at 10.30. I don’t understand how she could have said something like this without checking the schedule before.
Summary: Not worth this price for sure
